The biggest pro for me probably isn't what most people would expect. My journey at Prophet Homes has not been easy. In fact, it has been one of the most challenging professional experiences I've had. I came in expecting immediate wins and rapid success, and my experience hasn't matched those expectations. What has stood out, though, is the level of support I've received every step of the way. From my peers and managers to the President of the company, I've consistently felt encouraged, coached, and genuinely cared for. Everyone wants to see you succeed, and that kind of investment in people is rare. I honestly don't think it's something you find at most companies. At Prophet Homes, you're challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone. The company doesn't just focus on its own success; it invests in developing you because they believe your life can change if you're willing to show up consistently, put in the work, and refuse to give up. That mindset has been one of the most valuable parts of my experience here.

This role isn't for everyone. The income can be unpredictable, especially while you're building your business, so come prepared with a healthy savings account, a part-time source of income, or a lot of faith. Success here takes time, consistency, resilience, and the ability to keep going even when results aren't immediate. The culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, transparent and full of talented people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. One thing that really stood out to me was the company retreat. It wasn't just another corporate event—you could tell management put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail. It struck a great balance between team bonding, personal development, and having fun, making everyone feel valued and connected. I'm especially grateful for my direct manager. He's been an incredible mentor throughout my time here. Whenever I faced challenges, he always made time to listen, offer thoughtful advice, and help me see situations from a different perspective. His discipline, consistency, and wisdom set a strong example for the entire team. Having a leader who genuinely invests in his people has made a meaningful difference in my professional growth. Competitive. Not for everyone. But the earning potential is strong for people who are self-motivated.

The pace is fast, and expectations are high, so it can be overwhelming at first. There's a steep learning curve, but for people who embrace challenges, it becomes one of the most rewarding aspects of the job.
