      You may think that everything is going "swell" at Prophix these days. I think if you dig deeper, there is a significant cross-section of the employee base that really aren't happy with the state of the company. Such as recent financial performance, management missteps, employee departures and layoffs -- just to name a few. These issues are percolating and are contributing to low esteem and passion which definitely impacts overall contributions, output, teamwork and performance. Prophix really needs to prioritize and listen to those voices who don't want to speak out for fear of being shunned and possible retribution.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Transparency and open communication are an important part of our culture at Prophix, as is ensuring we have optimal employee experiences. Whether we're addressing a current Phixer or a former colleague, we take employee feedback seriously and have built action plans to address any widespread concerns across the organization. This includes ensuring that employees feel safe to share their concerns without fear of reprisal and retribution, including anonymous feedback channels and our quarterly survey. In the event you no longer have access to these internal tools, but still have interest in outlining your specific concerns directly so that action can be taken, our VP of People, Vita Di Serio, would welcome a dialogue.

      What started out as a promising opportunity has slowly diminished into the worst career opportunity I've ever had. It's been demoralizing to say the least to watch countless coworkers and leadership get let go over the years. And we're not talking people that are slackers, these are award-winning people. It seems like there's lots of talk about positive change in growth, but no action around it. This is been a roller coaster ride and myself and the team are sick. At this point, there is no trust and really no hope of things getting better.
