This is one of the most incredible teams I've ever worked with. And, beyond how smart and talented they are, it's a kind, fun, and collaborative community. And, on top of that, the work is strategizing and working on how to make this world a better place. The clients are inspirational and leading changemakers across many issue areas.

This is an agency where everyone works on the most high profile moments as well as the nitty gritty of reporting back to the client in a variety of ways. While big thinkers are needed, everyone needs to be able to churn out documents and analysis, keeping the project management on track.

PD does good work and there are a few people who want to make a difference.

The turnover is high, struggle with getting/keeping clients. People in the industry don't particular like working with them. Recently a friend interviewed and said that the interview process wasn't good and it makes sense.
