      sector knowledge and market connections are unrivaled by our competitors with a very personable touch, excellent reputation and continued repeat business in a busy environment

      Can be long hours sometimes but that is the nature of recruiting in such a specialist area the IT Security market is a tough one

      Not enough structured support. Too reliant on someone being capable rather than assisting to develop further.
