      Pros

      They helped me if I was not able to perform and at least my manager helped me a lot in gaining business knowledge. They do appreciate the good performers. The pay is not bad for a part-time role.

      Cons

      They have some problems with salary disbursement, a lot of my colleagues faced issues with extra deduction of the salary, which I believe resolved but still, it is an inconvenience.

      Good place for learning and specifically HR department is really good and polite.

      Strictness on attendance which leads to low motivation
