No pros about this place the except the owners seems like a nice guy.

Worst work place ever in my life. Senior management trash talks everyone from the president and owners of the company and talented designers to wharehouse workers. I have never worked with anyone so clueless about the job with the title they hold. No one stays here because eventually they fire you after years and years of loyal service. All they do is talk of firing people constantly instead of dealing with procedure problems. Non stop turnover for a reason people see it and run! But the best part is senior manager bad mouths sales teams and employees to vendors and businesses partners they deal with! Imagine hearing that from a supplier. Do not work here you will regret it, if do get looking for a new job ASAP.
