      Nice product, exporting vocation to USA and Europe

      Cons

      Unclear strategic vision, tenure in the company is valued over competencies and skills, hostile environment towards new employees, lack of strong leadership, bad location, lack of a performance culture, several different CEO´s in the last few years.

      You can learn something new every day. There are a lot of things to do and the company is in constant growth.

      Some of the new projects may be turned down by some people, who may sometimes take your work as their own.

      There is a significant difference among salaries between people in the same position but if you enter with a good salary is no problem.
