      There was a good environment among the coworkers.

      Cons

      The company had a rough time and many went off the pay roll, I hope they're doing better now. The beginning of this year was tough for many small-medium size companies.

      Friendly atmosphere within lower level employees

      Cons

      Too many upper level management for this size of organization costing the company more than it can generate. Lack of vision or direction by the management. Blames woes of company on employees rather than look inward to their failings.
