      Pros

      Prosource is a great company to work for. I have spent over 15 years here, moving up into various opportunities over the years. The culture is very unique and rewards hard work. The people are great to work with.

      We have high expectations for one another and we will challenge you.

      Pros

      I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

      Pros

      Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

      Cons

      High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
