Deceptive Leadership Practices and Lack of Transparency - Anonymous employee Prospect Cloud Employee Review

Previous/current and YOY company revenue goals shared are unforthcoming and unrealistic. Expectations and reality were very misaligned. Executive leadership cohesively lack experience. Decisions and conversations are siloed, resulting in resolutions that are vastly displaced. Closed door conversations relating to both professional and personal relationships were a regular occurrence and created an uncomfortable environment to work in. There is no HR department or further resources to support employees or to provide necessary feedback.
