Your review states you were in the role of an Admissions Representative (AR). This position works with potential students to explain the benefits of fast-track education, and to enroll them into the program the prospects have chosen. Ensuring students continue to attend classes, monitoring academic performance and graduate placement are managed by other departments and would not be part of the AR’s job duties. You advise us to stop changing. Our goal of continuous improvement does not allow for stagnation or the status quo. We will always quickly and readily change course to maximize opportunities and work hard every day to improve the individual student experience.
