1. they pay approx £7,000 to £9,000 less per year less than competitors 2. managers manage your bookings then ask you why there is 52% attendance (all referrals from jobcentres who also have 52% attendance - they expect something different and follow the jobcentres booking system so therefore the attendance rte isnt going to change) 3. NCS contract is delivered by prospects that proote an ongoing service but do not allow a new appointment to be given for a second appointment - problems resulted from this are hidden from directors who believe we offer an ongoing service 4. managers are not experienced managers 5. lots of staff leave in a short amount of time. 6. manager dont listen to staff solutions to the above problems. 7. steer clear of this company !!!
