Pros

I have been working in this company for more than 4 years by now and I must say I have learnt so many practical & useful skills such as project & time-management, communication, negotiation, listening skills, objection handling, leadership, customer relationship management. Training and development program is very strong here. There has always been support for me from my supervisors. It is an international, friendly and nice environment in the company. There is a sufficient level of transparency between top management and employees. Sales job is not an easy one, it is a hard work especially in the beginning but there is a chance for everyone here to learn and constantly improve your capabilities. Once one masters basic sales rules, he/she will excel at this job!If you perform or put efforts (KPIs) to perform well, there is definitely a growth/promotion ladder for you here!

Cons

It can be a stressful job but depends on your attitude to consequences of cold calling and objections over the phone. At this stage minimal flexibility and strict rules on work schedule.
