Pros
No politically-correct rules. Alcohol is allowed during our shift. If you are liked, not much is prohibited. All employees are salaried. Food parties frequent. Working out (gym) mid-shift encouraged. Owners die hard republicans.
Cons
The owners don’t do enough thinking for themselves, instead manipulated by those that have their ear cause decisions to be illogical and nothing remains consistent, except the 1980 business practices and our base salaries which rarely change.
