Pros

The company is inclusive and welcoming, embracing diversity in both backgrounds and work experiences. It's not a gatekeeper of the industry, as it provides opportunities for individuals without an electrical background to join, learn, and grow into their roles (e.g. myself!), This makes it a great environment for personal breakthroughs and self-transformation. There is also a strong sense of support among colleagues. Despite the challenges and pressures of the job, I’ve consistently experienced positive energy and teamwork—especially within my procurement team >w<

Cons

For those coming from a non-electrical background, there is a steep learning curve. You will need to invest significant effort to pick up industry fundamentals and technical knowledge. Pros

Provide lunch, tee, free parking, coffee maker, snacks, friendly staff & good for start up your career.

Cons

A lot of comments that recommend to improve SOPs, management, coordination and arrangement. company tends to have miscommunication due to split team kl and melaka. HQ team always get bad reputation by the boss and will get scolded openly. head of departments mostly are old people who stays more than 10 years in the company, thus the way of their working culture and style are old style as well as the old mindset. rarely to receive feedbacks for improvement. no competence person or experience manager that could help to advise people and if u are based in HQ, u will need to prepare urself that office still go for paper. one of the department require u to work independently evendo u have superior above u, no matter what level u are. u also need to carry more workload than your job scope due to a shortage of staff including printing, filing etc. Some of the PH are not acknowledged.
