Pros

Can develop very good Manual Testing concepts.

Cons

Not favorable for developers or automation testers. Extremely low package. Highly extended working hours. Hitler type leads and upper management. cant speak in phone also for a minute because they may sue you. Leads and senior employees are diploma holders and not at all techie or knowledgeable. 0% work life balance. Normal timings are 8 am to 8 pm. If after 8 employees want to leave office than they have to take permission from their leads. Only US government projects are running which don't have any scope in market. No payslips will be provided till an employee completes one year in protechsoft, also the salary will be provided either by cash or will be debited to employee's pvt bank account. No ID card will be provided till one year completion.

Pros

There is a lot of scope to learn the technologies when you are starting your career. A lot of opportunities to gain knowledge on Javascript and SQL. Work-life balance is pretty much ok. If you show you have the stuff, there are lot of chances to get noticed and it aids in growing your career within the company.

Cons

No career growth and no growth compensation wise as well. There is no standard appraisal process. Lot of internal politics as well affects the growth.

Cons

Please trust reviews who are going to join in this company.I lost my job within three months of joining. After I was selected, they called it “training,” but it didn’t feel like proper training at all. For 10 days, we were just told to study on our own, and then they conducted exams. As a fresher, I had many doubts, but no one was there to guide or clarify them. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience. Startups are often said to be good for learning, but in this company, they treated freshers as if we were already highly experienced, like IIT graduates. Instead of helping us grow, they created constant pressure. There was no proper support system, and the work environment felt very restrictive — even basic things like internet access on desktops were not allowed, and we couldn’t freely discuss problems with teammates. During the training period, they conducted multiple tests and expected freshers to score 100%. Even scoring 99% was considered unacceptable. In one test with 10 questions, I answered 9 correctly, but I still received a warning letter for “low performance.” When I asked my team lead, they said I took too much time to complete the test — even though I finished it within one hour. The environment felt very toxic, and employees were treated poorly, almost like slaves. There was no job security, and the pressure was constant. To make things worse, the actual salary paid was only about half of what was promised in the CTC. Now, I am left without a job or meaningful experience from that role.
