You could earn more working at a fast food chain. Base pay is $10-$12 per hour. Commission is very, very low. They are so petty they will dock your commission any way they can. Management is a clique of very underqualified 20 somethings, most of which have only worked for this same company. Supervisors rarely know the answers and disappear when there's an escalated call. Upper management is out of touch with the industry and inept at human resource management. Employees have to be drug tested prior to employment but several supervisors smell like weed or alcohol on the job. The company does not hire enough staff to adequately cover the queue but blames the staff for not keeping the queue down. Prepare to be improperly micromanaged. Rather than empowering staff or offering them proper support, they will dock your pay, force you to answer for every second of your day to a bunch of idiots on an instant messenger type app. This includes telling them if you have to go to the bathroom (which is timed!). Morale is low.
