Pros
I really think the best thing about this place is the people I got to interact with on a daily basis. They are like family to me. Even though I don't work there anymore, I still communicate with many of them on an almost daily basis. Some managers are really helpful, not all of them.. One of them really helped coach me to succeed there and the skills they taught me bleed over to my new job. I had a manager who helped me overcome objections, and helped me build my skill set into what it is today. My supervisor was down to earth and understood what it took to help me.
Cons
The culture changed over the period of time I was there. When I first got hired on it was fun and semi-relaxed environment. But my last year of working there I would pull up and dread getting out of the car and walking into that place. It became the same thing every day...day after day. It seems like the only people getting recognition are the ones who are close friends with management; I thought management wasn't supposed to play favorites. I know everyone in upper management has their own personal agendas that override the voice of any regular rep or supervisor, I see people getting fired left and right for stupid things that others get away with constantly. Were not doing good enough? You can't expect amazing performance when you don't give us the tools we need to succeed. The compensation is okay, could be better. Its high stress and micromanaging is a big thing.
