Pros

Constant contests and such for the sales team. Vending machines are kept stocked, and prices are reasonable. Not much else.

Cons

Major lack of quality communication, the training program is a joke, they have no formal trainer either. The leads are not always as “warm” as they tell you during the interview and training, the entire interview process they tel you one thing, and then when it comes time to set schedule, and start your actual working life there, they complete change it. Demanding you work a schedule you were not told about, and would never have agreed to in the first place. (2pm-11pm including weekends, when you have availability for Monday - Friday the day shift during the interview process) The training class had so many questions about policies, product, and procedures, that after 3 weeks of classroom training, they still were having problems speaking to customers about the products and had to constantly get a manager to come over and assist them, being told something completely new and different from what was taught during the training. Too many people running around with their own agendas and opinions, not enough structure. Dishonest business practices on the contract side of things, just check BBB or other sites with consumer reviews, and you will see the vast amount of anger and distrust of the community. F The CEO is a fraud, he claims to have an “open door policy” but finds ways to avoid talking to you, claiming he has a busy schedule, but is then seen just walking around the sales floor, playing games of catch and such while carrying a rowboat oar. Says all this stuff during the interview, and then once you agree, goes back on what he said, and completely disconnects from you in order to try and avoid the problems caused by his dishonesty. This place is extremely dishonest, and they get away with it because they don’t have a Human Resources department. “Payroll takes care of everything, but there isn’t a Human Resources person to talk to, so just let them know instead.”
