Great work environment - Student Assistant Protector Insurance Employee Review

Nice welcoming to the business.

Extremely obnoxious people. Treated like an outsider because I couldn’t get the hang of the workload straight away. Mocked for being “behind”. Training support was awful. Little 1-1 time just left to figure it out for yourself. Management was corrupt and a joke to say the least. Fellow employees were unprofessional. Was made to feel as though I didnt belong-a witch-hunt to keep it simple. Walking on eggshells no privacy always someone listening in. So called values are not followed at all completely hypocritical. Want you to be a number and have no say -will work you till your at breaking point. If you’re not doing well they won’t tell you they will just get rid of you without warning. Overall would avoid at all costs.
