Collegues are friendly, helpful and good Manager is encouraging

They expect more from freshers

A few people have worked here a long time and carry a great amount of knowledge of the industry and products Product is essentially cloud and platform agnostic allowing for learning opportunities Some effort is being put into improving HR processes such as feedback and promotion round that can be successful. Small company feel so it is easy to speak to higher ups, reach out to product team for assistance etc.

Very little diversity, especially within leadership team, some teams have no women, there are efforts for diversity and inclusion programs but all burden is put on the employees. Company is essentially run by middle aged white men. Product is falling behind the times, effort is being put into modernizing but at a very slow pace not compatible with fast pace required to keep up in this space Leadership chances have been constant and exhausting for past 3 years. There have been regime changes, re-orgs, endless strategic pushes for sales tactics, go to market strategies etc. Everyone has change fatigue, including clients. Extreme lack of professionalism and clarity from HR regarding organizational changes Benefits are not competitive, no 401k match, low PTO days etc.
