Thanks for your feedback. We take your comments regarding our culture very seriously and we've shared them with senior management. You pointed out some concerns that are already receiving attention. Here are some areas of success: Innovation is far from dead at Protegrity. - Every year we run an Innovation Days program, where employees can form teams and work (during work hours) on innovation projects, presented to leadership during a predetermined week, with "best of" prizes announced and many projects greenlighted for productization. In the last two years over 40 such projects were presented, with nearly half manifesting in our products or product roadmaps. Several of these have also resulted in patent applications. - Additionally, every year for the last several years, Protegrity has brought new product to market. Big Data protection, our Data Security Gateway technology, Insight Discovery, are all homegrown new products at Protegrity that have led to significant customer wins and success and our business success in the market. Regarding merit-based promotion and incentives - Every year (January to March, depending on geography) we conduct performance based compensation and promotion reviews, all involving peer reviews in addition to manager reviews of achievements.

Pros

No pros, this company is so dysfunctional

Cons

They don’t have any room for growth, they are unorganized, management changes very often. They are favoritism when it comes to who they promote. Management lies a lot, there no clear roadmap for success, and they lack diversity.
