Pros
Protein works hard to create a supportive environment for the team across both London and Amsterdam. Everyone that works there is smart, curious, talented and very socially engaged which makes it a fun place to work if you're also interested in cultural trends, creativity and thought leadership. The work is with really big global brands which provides great opportunities for travel and networking. The two offices are very different but both cool spaces to work and spend time.
Cons
The majority of senior leadership is in Amsterdam which can leave the London office occasionally feeling a little out of the loop, but this is minor.
