Circling the drain - Anonymous employee Prothena Employee Review

This company is so poorly run. They throw so money down the drain in a desperate attempt to recruit for their failing AL amyloidosis study instead of shifting to more effective approaches. Standard, inept management (middle and c-level) who lead with arrogance and blame those further down the chain for their failures. Too many middle managers and not enough workers. This company has had many iterations (was two different companies before) and they have never successfully launched a product.Work life balance here is terrible.
