      - No choice in your career. Make you stay on projects you do not like/are not apart of your solution - Really bad pay compared to industry

      If you are not assigned to a client, you could be on the bench which will affect your bonus.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
