Pros

Good cleint, office location, good quality work

Cons

1. Poor upper management 2. No work life balance 3. Seniors doesn't know how to treat their juniors. 4. HR will not speak even if someone is shouting and public shaming others in front of them and 200 other people. 5. Seniors management doesn't know how to appreciate their juniors work and they don't have professional behavior at all. 6. Bad office politics.

Great work life balance (depending on client, however I always had a good experience). Good company match, typical time off.

Cons

Could get stuck on a busy client for extended period.

Great culture, interesting projects, clear career growth path, company itself is expanding and growing quickly which is exciting energy.

Cons

compensation could be more competitive to Big 4
