      wonderful place to learn because you get responsibilities beyond your limits. If you accept the challenge, may be you can fail or you can perform, but one thing for sure, you will learn.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
