      - Pretty good reputation as an Audit Firm - Founding Managing Directors (former Andersen Partners) are well-respected by their peers

      Cons

      - Incompetent management - Inferior talent - No commitment to diversity - Will not hesitate to reduce headcount during rough times - Must play the 'political game' to progress (hardwork does not necessarily pay-off)

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
