Pros

Friendly middle management and colleagues

Cons

Management attitude is very bad, especially the NBNT Team. Appraisals are just a gameplay for them, people who know how to lick will surely climb the ladder. They don't care about your emotions. Old fashioned office and no sufficient place to sit, people sharing desk is a common thing you can see here. Chairs are broken I believe bought second-hand and the carpet on the floor is stinking. No telephones on the desk; should you wish to call anyone in the client place, be smart and use your own mobile phone (own cost) else wait in a queue in a crowded and noisy conference room. Further, Managers will always call you on your WhatsApp so keep your data pack active. The office has a tiny pantry (only 1 person at a time); Bathrooms are small and the worst part is tissue papers are removed in evening time (don't know how much they are going to save by this) Saudi Travel is compulsory (no flyback) Don't ask for expense reimbursement and never in your lifetime ask for leave as it's a crime here.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
