Protiviti has a good work life balance and is a laid back environment to work in. Most of the employees are younger and people seem to get along well.
Cons
All form of employee recognition has been taken away and there is no incentive to outperform your colleagues. Sometimes you are expected to perform at a higher level, yet receive no benefits.
