      Pros

      Hands-on consulting, good atmosphere in the early days. nice office in downtown Paris

      Cons

      Lost it as it got bigger and went back to the old habits of its founding partners (ex-Andersen), driven by politics and self preservation. RHI as a shareholder looks at it as body shopping. Not the best hope for high end consulting.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
