Pros
Absolutely nothing- except that there are some good Managers/ Directors who can be great mentors.
Cons
No personal growth, meager salaries, very low bonus even if you perform, practically no salary increment, Employee has to spend from his own pocket for business/ client location travel, except for if he/she is travelling to Mussaffah or Dubai/Abu Dhabi (which is still 50% reimbursed). This can be a huge burden on employees pocket especially junior level employee who they pay as low as 3000-4000 AED per month.
