      It is a job that pays (not well).

      Toxic management and deadlines with no proper training for analysts. Management doesn't know most of the AML processes being conducted by analysts.

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
