      Pros

      Management encourages learning new tools and skills, so you have the opportunity to grow within the company if you want to. Everyone is easy to get along with and talk to including management. No micromanaging or constant checking over your shoulder. Employees are highly skilled. Diverse work environment.

      Cons

      As long as you openly and effectively communicate with management you will not have many issues.

      Pros

      Small dynamic environment that expects team members to be self-starters, competent and results oriented. The team is very collaborative, ego free and is optimized to land on the best answer for the client. The leadership team is respectful, empathetic to work-life balance and motivated by achievement. I find it as an exciting place to work that causes me to look forward to coming in every day.

      Cons

      If you don't want to come in and make a difference and do your part, you probably won't like it here.
