      Pros

      Proton Management. Brad, Jeff, and Brandon. Pay is above average for MSPs. Rapid growth is creating more opportunities for advancement. Will give chances to people who put in the effort. A good core team of employees across all teams.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is creating growing pains. HR (they are nice people but it can be days before a response). Needs a better training program for new hires who are newer to IT and MSPs.

      Pros

      Very positive culture. Fair compensation for work completed. Very flexible with scheduling/PTO

      Cons

      Company does not follow employee review structure. Most raise/performance discussions must come from the employee with vigorous reminders.

      Pros

      Pay was really great and due to them being purchased by Reynolds & Reynolds they had very good benefits.

      Cons

      Supervisors are not transparent as people and they are slowly being absorbed by Reynolds. There is no LGBT support at all and i felt very out of place more than i feel i should've been. Often feel like your on an island. Brad Holton isn't the CEO but on paper.
