I found Alex Proud to be an inspirational leader and someone who was able and willing to take difficult decisions. He took the time to invest in me and his other staff and put my development before the short term gains of the business. This allowed me both to raise a family as well as develop the business and my career within the industry. I have since left the company and am still supported in my future endeavours.

Alex Proud is committed to the success of his businesses and demands the best from his employees. It is a fast paced environment which allows you to learn quickly across many sectors of the industry, many thrive but it is not for the weak. I was challenged, had scope to drive new ideas and the independence and trust to allow me to steer the direction of the company. The journey was tough and pressured but so rewarding.
