      Consistent Work Can Gain IT Skills Working here for a year, they will pay for any cert you want dealing with IT for free

      Cons

      Favoritism Can Feel Unappreciated Six Days of PTO that you have to accumulate out the year and holidays aren't paid for so you will either have to work ten hours for the four days or use your PTO

      Pros

      I have worked with Provalus for the past 6 years. I have watched the company grow from 2 locations to 9 increasing benefits and pay throughout those 6 years. I have watched employees advance through the company and build long lasting careers gaining valuable experience.

      Cons

      Growing pains with this being a younger organization at times it can be tough to navigate the quick growth. It can be very stressful when we are expanding fast.
