Dispersed workforce can make time management and planning a challenge.

I honestly cannot think of one.

Where do I begin? If I could give them zero stars, I would. The company I worked for was bought out by this company. I would never have chosen to work for this place. They do not appreciate their employees unless you are in management. The pay is very low but the demands are many. Don't expect a Christmas bonus because you won't get one. The benefits are laughable. The PTO policy is one of the worst I have ever heard of. If you are a 1 or 2, you start with 2 weeks and after 10 YEARS, you get 1 more week and that's it. They do not match 401K in any way.
