Additionally, as a woman, I personally felt that assertive voices were sometimes met with resistance, suggesting room for improvement in fostering a more inclusive and equitable culture. I encourage anyone considering this organization to ask thoughtful questions about HR practices, support systems, and DEI policies during the interview process to ensure alignment with your own values and expectations.
