Pros
If you take the top two executives out of the equation....there is an amazing amount of talented and dedicated people working there.
Cons
The vision from the top is articulate. The execution of that vision is a horrific mess. There is little faith in any of the rare communications that come out of the executive suite of company. They like to put out press releases and then just "pretend" they didn't because they are rarely true. You simply can not count on what you have been told. In fact count on the fact that what you have been told is just not true....ever.
