Very very disappointed in an organization CLAIMING to be a CHARITABLE CATHOLIC INSTITUTION. - Employee Provena Health Employee Review

Negative, hostile environment created from administration, down the chain of command to management and employees. Unfair compensation. Only caring about the bottom line not about the work that is done of the lives it impacts. They would rather look good then provide an excellent service. Administration would rather cut back on employees than give up a small percentage of thier salary.
