Most people are remote right now although we can come in to the office if we want. Might be hard on people who need the social interaction of a in person office
The bosses genuinely care about you as a person and want you to succeed
Cons
They are a bit “my way of the high way” kind of people. They say they are open to suggestions but don’t actually listen when employees give suggestions
