Pros
The company has always been forward-thinking. Hence, when COVID hit, the staff was already used to working remotely on laptops and participating in tele-conferences. The company supports flexibility and working from home. Managers care about their employees and take the time to meet with them one-on-one monthly. Employees encourage, tease (in a positive way), and support each other.
Cons
As with any company, it experienced growing pains. It started out small and grew incredibly fast which created some disorganization and extra work at first. However, Providence Group has improved its infrastructure, expanded its support staff, and stream-lined its processes significantly over the past few years. I, for one, am glad I stayed with the company. I have had coworkers who have experienced bad managers, but that has not been my personal experience.
