Pros
Very hard working and highly knowledgeable staff, great pay.
Cons
Did not receive an ounce of training until my 4th day here. Was warned on the second day that this was a very poor employer, but I had already started and wanted to give it a chance. Company pays well, which at first seemed like a good opportunity. The required skill set seemed at first to match my own, but I soon learned that the job was not nearly as described. The owner was very nice on the first few days, but everything flipped by week 2. Only then did I start noticing what the other employees warned me about and ultimately became very discouraged. I dreaded going to work every day, but really needed the money.
Boss was obsessed with all of us punching out on time and began warning us at least 10 minutes prior to the end of our shifts every single day. It seemed to be the only concern she had.
