Compensation Top Notch - Sr. Clinical Research Associate Provident Research Employee Review

Pros

Excellent base salary for Sr. CRAs assigned to medical device clients through the Proident FSP. Generally assigned to 1-3 protocols, always with the same client. Next best thing to working directly for a Sponsor. Many Prov. FSP Sr. CRAs have been with the company for 5-8 years and stay on-board not only because of the solid compensation and benefits, but the flexibility of the job and low-level of "line management" that makes most other CRA jobs too burdensome with non-essential busy work. With low CRA turnover, it provides an excellent opp. to really get to know your assigned research sites/investigators, and study teams.

Cons

Not very many. HC benefits are middle of the road, but otherwise a really great organization to work.

Pros

Excellent senior management with signficant experience in the CRO services industry. Open door policy with all employees. Company-wide compensation is above industry averages; particularly in the Clinical Research Associate and Data Management roles. Very low employee turnover. Great place to work and grow career.

Cons

Nothing signficant. Company plan is right on target for today's clinical research talent-acquisition markets.

Pros

Excellent clinical development consulting, talent acquisition, recruiting and FSP firm. Company specializes in talent and consulting for complext medical devices, oncology and CNS. Strong business and technical management. Really a "people" company with a strong open door policy across all divisions and departments. Top notch senior management team who are deeply engaged with staff and clients. Company have very low staff and magagement turnover. A place to make a career.

Cons

Not many. Company has very high expectations of all employees and managers. Co. culture is very futuristic with rank-and-file participation in many major decisions. Sometime this causes a bit of confusion. Otherwise, a real great organization.
