I can't think of any cons!

They found me a job very quickly. They were also very professional and got back to my emails or phone calls quickly.

The pay was not negotiable and I didn't think that was fair or competitive. However, considering I just needed a job for a few months in the summer time, I appreciated their service for connecting me with an employer quickly.
