- Very low salary - Toxic environment - Poor work politics. Personal agendas and favoritism take precedence over fair and objective decision-making - You are expected to go above and beyond despite them not compensating you well - You will be overloaded with tasks every day - Very strict leave policy, almost as if you're not allowed to be absent at all despite having valid reasons - No proper guidelines. When there are updates, they don't inform you unless you raise the question yourself - The content team does not have a style guide which should be a standard for such a team in their industry - Guidelines in the team are all over the place - They do not care about their employees in other departments at all, except for the agents - Very unprofessional agents. They allow their agents to use harsh and offensive language when giving out instructions. But employees from other teams are easily sanctioned over little mistakes in their words
