Pros
Great team buildings, great initiatives for building team spirit such as board games, quiz night, etc. Great office location, good benefits. I would recommend the company as a whole, but you have to be really careful with the team. I do not recommend the Preferred Success team, the Ariba team or the KPMG team.
Cons
Below market salary, company culture is questionable depending on which project you’re in. I was in a team where it was very visible that there was a preference to people and the people that were not liked by the management did not develop in the company at all. The company talks about being a team and tries to make you go to the office to create a better team, but in reality nobody actually acts like a team, people avoid coming in the office when they know their team is there( this is not for all projects in Proxiad, just some). The most annoying part is the particular people from the management that are absolutely disrespectful to their employees, some are even homophobic and racist.
