Pros
Good culture, young bunch of people, perks like food, drinks etc, cool social events and everyone in the agency cares about each other. People are nice and friendly. An all services agency so there's tons of work going on, collaboration between departments is seamless, no egos involved. Lots of focus on training and development and switching careers is encouraged if one is not happy. Work gets recognized and called out agency wide.
Cons
The workload on every employee is quite high, no two days are the same which can be a good thing and a bad thing. Burn out rate is quite high and pay to compensate the work being pushed out is quite low in some departments.
