You’re not just stuck in one thing there’s always something new to pick up, whether it’s ops, tech, or dealing with clients directly. One thing I liked is that you’re given responsibility pretty early, so you don’t feel like just another employee. It has that proper startup vibe things move fast, ideas are always welcomed and you get the space to try things out.
